Prices are still rising everywhere. I'm sure you've seen it in the stores, at the pump,
and especially in the health food market.
We at Green Door Organics are not immune from this current state of exorbitant high
prices, and in talking with the farmers and suppliers, there is no indication of prices
coming down any time soon.
In fact, like other grocery items, the cost of many of the fruits, greens, and veggies we
get have almost doubled from what they were just a year ago. We have been
absorbing these increases but for months, have been significantly "over budget"
more often than not.
Obviously, no organization can survive if they continue in that way, so an increase is
necessary at this time, in order to continue providing the awesome fresh, delicious,
local and organic produce to you, our members.
We have done extensive market research and are proud to say that
Green Door Organics veggie baskets are still by far, the best value in
town, even with a small price increase.
